OUR APPROACH

At JMSS Consulting is project management a profession, a profession and we attach great importance to further developing our consultants and provide security for our customers.

Project Management Competence consists of three parts - project experience, methodological competence and leadership that is behavioral skills. Wide and solid methodological competence is a given for us. We use including JMSS's own methodology "OnTarget" as a complement to existing traditional methods for the customer, for example, PROPS, XLPM, PPS, PRINCE2, ITIL, Six Sigma, Lean, Peng and Pm3. OnTarget methodology entails that we choose the right skills profile in all three dimensions to the current mission, and to our project managers have mentor support.

Many of our consultants are certified within IPMA or PMI. We also work with agile methods such as SCRUM, Kanban, XP mm.

The key to a successful project is the clear leadership of the project manager. Therefore, trained and developed our project leadership continuously.

 

Project Manager at Sigma Consulting has often extensive experience in project and program management and has been responsible for a series of complex and challenging projects with great success. We help our customers to qualify until the right projects and ensure the finish.

JMSS's combined project management skills and prioritization of the area has led us to participate in national and international standardization in the Project, Portfolio and Program. It is a long-term work in the SIS and ISO that began to develop the ISO 21500 Guidance on Project Management - Concepts and Processes. It was launched in 2012 and was translated into Swedish in 2013. In spring 2015 came the standard for portfolio management and within the next few years, the Program Management. The aim of standardization is to facilitate communication within and between organizations and projects.
